"Reliability Centered Maintenance - MCC

RCM is a maintenance management methodology that serves to identify maintenance activities with their respective frequencies and resources in the most important physical assets of a system, in a current operational context. Its success is mainly based on the functional analysis of physical assets in a given context and operational environment, carried out by a multidisciplinary work team, which develops a flexible maintenance management system, which adapts to the real maintenance needs of the organization, taking into account personal safety, the environment, operations and the cost, risk and benefit ratio, this with the support of tools such as the Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and the Risk Weighted Number (NPR ) of the physical assets subject to the application.
